Initially, our work commences with handholding the survivor after the violence has been perpetrated against her. However, we are not looking only at coping with the immediate problem but also to create a society based on gender equality by challenging patriarchal values, changing mindsets & shattering gender stereotypes.
Training and Outreach Programs

- Preventive measures
- Building self-esteem
- Gender sensitization
- Sexual harassment at the workplace
Advocating change in public policy and systems
A continuous process by which public policy will be more favourable towards justice for survivors of violence. This will entail advocacy for changes in community and institutional policies apart from changes in legislation to achieve our goal of ending violence against women.
